Thai Bodywork Intro Session

Service Description

Thai Bodywork is an ancient and sacred system of healing, activating the flow of vital energy in the body. Your session will include acupressure, fluid and dynamic stretching, breath awareness, and heart centered energy work to enhance deep peace and healing. The recipient remains clothed during treatment and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. A Thai Bodywork session is done entirely on the floor, recipient will lie on a mat. As this healing session is not a massage, the receiver will be gently pulled, stretched and rocked, with compression of tissue. Your practitioner will use her hands, feet, knees and elbows throughout the entire session.
