This weekend retreat is designed to guide you deeper inside with six sacred practices to include deep flow yoga, guided breathwork, meditation, yin restore + nidra. these nourishing practices offer strength and steadiness encouraging a system reset. At the seasonal juncture of Samhain we cross over the threshold of longer days, into the season of rest and rejuvenation. The invitation for this retreat is to fortify your container of vitality as we journey toward the darkest nights and the portal to stillness. Our healing sessions will cultivate strength and steadiness with dynamic yoga practices and deeply restful Yin Restore + Sound attunement offerings. Portal into Stillness retreat offers you space and time to truly drop in and reconnect with yourself. what to bring: 1-3 yoga blanket(s), yoga block(s), yoga bolster, yoga strap. you might also like to bring swimsuit (hot tube and swimming pool on site), journal, reading book. lodging: cabins are nestled among the trees and gardens. Each bedroom (2-4 beds) has its own bathroom and entrance. all accommodations are shared cabins (2-4 per room) with bath. retreat includes six nutritious and delicious meals, onsite hot tub and pool, room to roam and connect with nature with quiet our door gardens and labyrinth. · Check in is 4pm on Friday, October 30th · Check out of rooms is 10am on Sunday, November 1st · We will complete our time together after lunch on Sunday Cancellation Policy You may receive a full refund if the space can be filled by someone else by September 30th, 2026. No refunds will be given after for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat.
