Be held and guided on a journey through the physical and energetic bodies. We begin our practice with gravity supported fascia tissue release to free and release tension and trauma held deep in our connective tissue.
Our session will also include simple supine stretches and breathwork to support a sense of ease and wellbeing.
We will complete our journey together with guided Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath, for deep relaxation and a system reset.
Through is practice, experience a reduction of stress, fascia tissue release, and an energetic body attunement.
A yoga practice to build strength and increase flexibility, while calming and focusing the mind. Our deep flow sadhana will draw from a variety of yoga traditions offering a complete and eclectic practice.
The pace of our class ranges from slow and steady creating space to hold poses, to a more dynamic and fluid flow to generate heat and tapas, offering you with both a sense of refreshment and rejuvenation. Each class will move through a variation of surya namaskar focusing on breath and alignment, and will include pranayama, meditation, and deep stretches.

This 60 minute practice will move through a dynamic flow with strong standing sequencing, deep yin poses, core cultivation with a focus on breath awareness. Through this sadhana we integrate heat and strength with stillness and flexibility, emerge embodied in your power and grounded in peace.
