What is Yoga Nidra?


The simplest definition of Yoga Nidra is conscious relaxation.


Yoga Nidra can be translated as Yogic Sleep "the state between dreaming and awake". In this space our nervous system has an opportunity to reset, rest, and digest.


During the practice of Yoga Nidra you will be guided through the body into a deep sense of relaxation. A practice to relax body, mind, and emotions. Through this technique we can reduce stress and rejuvenate.


Wear comfortable clothing and support your body in a supine position with blankets under the knees and head if that feels good to you. It is also recommended to cover the body with a blanket and use an eye pillow or covering on the eyes. use an eye pillow or covering on the eyes.
