Welcome Spring with a gentle awakening of body, mind, and spirit. This weekend retreat is designed to offer you space to drop-in and refresh with six sacred practices to include guided breathwork, meditation, yin and yoga nidra. Savor nourishing farm-to-table meals, enjoy ample free time for rest and reset, hiking trails, optional massage onsite, and quality time in community. The energies of spring call to us to renew, to nourish, to awaken. Join DeAnn as she guides you in sadhana to include both active and restorative practices, ceremony and ritual welcoming spring! lodging: cabins are nestled among the trees and gardens. Each bedroom (2-4 beds) has its own bathroom and entrance. all accommodations are shared cabins (2-4 per room) with bath. **We currently only have women's cabin rooms. we are taking a wait list for a men's only cabin, please inquire** · Check in is 4pm on Friday, April 12th · Check out of rooms is 10am on Sunday, April 14th · We will complete our time together after lunch on Sunday Cancellation Policy If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund if the space can be filled by someone else by February 12th. No refunds will be given after February 12th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund if the space can be filled by someone else by February 12th. No refunds will be given after February 12th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat.
